Since #thisisbuffalo’s creation in 2015, Ellicott Development has worked on and/or completed more than 75 projects and acquired roughly 50 properties. Currently, Ellicott Development has around 50 active projects. It is our goal to create an awareness of the rejuvenation, restoration, and all around growth of the City of Buffalo as we continue to increase our portfolio and advance the progress of Buffalo overall. — #letsgrowbuffalo
