Working with restaurants is something very familiar to Ellicott Development. We have a wide variety of desirable, high traffic locations and have already worked with a number of establishments to help them find the perfect space for their business. Large or small, chain or local, the EDC commercial leasing team will work with any restaurant.
Currently, we have a few different projects which include space for restaurants underway. 301 Ohio Street will hold two restaurants and 1 Delaware will have space for one. At 905 Elmwood, restaurateurs Henry Gorino and Chuck Mauro will be using space to create a new restaurant. Many might know Gorino and Mauro from restaurants such as Oliver’s, Siena, 800 Maple, and Rocco’s. Tim Horton’s Café & Bakeshop, an establishment most Buffalonians are well acquainted with, is opening at 1088 Niagara Street. The cobblestone district will be receiving the addition of Lockhouse Distillery’s new location. Although it will not be a restaurant, the distillery will include a tasting room and offers Lockhouse more space to create different and new product.
