Previously occupied by a run-down gas station and longtime eyesore on the Elmwood strip, 905 Elmwood is undergoing a dramatic transformation with the construction of new a four-story, 44,000sf mixed-use complex, including high-end residential, restaurant and retail space.
The first floor of the building will include 1,500sf of retail space facing the Elmwood and W. Delavan intersection at the northwest corner of the building.
