Construction at one of Ellicott Development’s most current projects, 500 Pearl, is picking up pace. As pictured below, the parking ramp portion of the building is well underway. Now that the structure is really taking shape, we will be posting monthly updates featuring progress photos.
500 Pearl’s parking ramp will be made up of 5 floors which contain a total of 380 parking spaces. The abundant parking will be perfect for building tenants and visitors once 500 Pearl is completed. Upon completion, there will be a new 12-story mixed use structure which will include a 110-room hotel, 14 high end apartments, 52,000sf of class A office space, and nearly 11,000sf of ground floor retail and restaurant space.
