Ellicott Development Company employs experienced individuals with qualifications to handle the various functions of developing, managing, operating and leasing commercial office and retail, residential, hotel, office and retail properties. Our investment in real estate properties has fueled our knowledge of the development process and working relationships with local municipalities. Over the years, our developments have led us to expand our property developments throughout Niagara, Upstate New York and into Western Pennsylvania. At present our team is responsible for the management of over 1,500,000 square feet of office space in Downtown Buffalo, over 1,000,000 square feet of retail space throughout New York and Western Pennsylvania, three major hotels in the Western New York, as well as over 550,000 sq. ft. of residential apartments, condominiums and townhomes in the Buffalo/Niagara region.
