The newly renovated Fairmont Creamery (199 Scott Street) has attracted a new tenant. Match Marketing Group, a heavy hitting marketing firm that boasts clients such as McLaren and Adidas, has taken up space on the first floor of the Ellicott Development building, joining another high profile tenant, Pegula Sports and Entertainment.
This particular Buffalo office will service accounts that include ESPN, AT&T, the National Hockey League, and PPG Paints. The agency is relocating 12 employees to Downtown Buffalo from its previous office in East Aurora. The Fairmont Creamery space is also expandable, as the company anticipates on growing in size locally.
“There is renewed energy and vibrancy in Downtown Buffalo,” said John Cimperman, Match Executive Vice President, who will head the Buffalo office. “Now was the right time for us to move our team downtown and become part of the city’s re-birth.”
Match Marketing Group is an international agency that commands 600 head office and 7,000 field staff in North America. The company is based in Norwalk, CT.
