Grand Island, NY. I’m a Competitive bodybuilder, Personal Trainer, and Sponsored Athlete for Optimum Nutrition with a passion for helping others achieve their health and fitness goals.

What is your greatest accomplishment so far?
Helping create Eat Rite Foods.

What did you study in school?
Civil Engineering

What inspires you most?
Watching people who have a passion for something just go for it and accomplish much more than anyone ever expected.

What kinds of products/services will you offer?
Fresh Healthy meals from local providers available for pickup and/or delivery, healthy snacks/desserts, protein Smoothies, protein Coffee, kombucha, and supplements.
