- The Ellicott Square Building is a venue-only space and does not provide catering, tables, chairs, linens, or event rentals.
- Outside catering and event vendors are welcome, subject to venue approval.
- Reception rental rates start at $2,500.
Rental Timing
Because the Ellicott Square Building remains an active commercial property during regular business hours, all photo shoots, ceremonies, and events are scheduled outside of normal operating hours to ensure privacy, security, and the best possible guest experience.

- Photo Shoots: Starting at $250 for up to 1.5 hours
- Wedding Ceremonies: Starting at $800
- Receptions: Starting at $2,500
All rates are starting rates, are subject to change without notice, and may vary based on event requirements, scheduling needs, venue availability, and associated services.
Ceremony and reception rates include venue rental only and do not include catering, rentals, or additional services.
Security & Check-In
A security officer is on-site at all times. All guests, vendors, and event participants must check in upon arrival and complete a checkout process at the conclusion of their event.
