Treat Yourself to Wellness in the Ellicott Square Building

Apr 26 2016

The Ellicott Square Building is a historic landmark in Buffalo. At the time of its completion, ESB was the largest office building in the world! The building may no longer hold the title of the biggest, the Ellicott Square Building is still a remarkable sight to see and a must visit for anyone in Buffalo. While people might think of the building when it comes to architecture and design, they may not consider it when thinking about health and wellness, but with recent editions and new tenants, ESB is becoming a hub for healthy activity.

The Ellicott Square Fitness Center is the perfect place for building tenants and local Buffalonians to stop by and exercise whether before, during, or after work. The gym is open 7 days a week from 5am to 11pm so whether you’re an early riser or prefer to get our workout in late in the evening, the gym is available. Ellicott Square Fitness offers cardio equipment (ellipticals, arc trainers, treadmills, and bikes) and a strength training area with machines for every muscle group. Enjoy yoga, pilates, and Zumba classes, or schedule a session with a personal trainer. Both men and women’s locker rooms within the gym give fitness fanatics a place to store their things while and shower after they’ve broken a sweat!

Exercise and even everyday life can take a toll on your body, so stop in to the Ellicott Square Building and visit Western New York Spine & Chiropractic. Open Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm, the doctors at WNY Spine & Chiropractic are ready to provide you with effective, lasting relief from pain and discomfort. While they specialize in Auto Injuries, Sports Injuries and Rehabilitation, Wellness Care, and Work Injuries, the professionals at Western New York Spine & Chiropractic can take care of any and all of your chiropractic needs.

Finally, fuel your body with the right kinds of food. The Ellicott Square Building recently welcomed one of our newest tenants, Crush Juicery, which offers a plethora of healthy foods such as cold pressed juices, smoothies, oatmeal, and avocado toast. Longtime tenant Joseph’s Panini Stand offers a delicious salad bar filled with healthy toppings. Ellicott Square Trading Company, our convenience store located right in the lobby, is full of healthy choices for people looking to stay on track. Healthy doesn’t have to taste boring!
