Tops Market one step closer
SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- Tops Supermarkets is a step closer to opening a store on the south side of Syracuse early next year. If approved, the proposed store will be located in Valley Plaza on South Salina Street.Tuesday, members of the Syracuse Industrial Development Agency approved the re-allocation of $275,000 in state funding.
