Williamsville, NY; MTK Prime has officially announced its Grand Opening on Thursday, October 20, 2016 from 5pm-8pm. The Grand Opening event will take place at MTK Prime, located in the Wyndham Garden at 5195 Main St, Williamsville, NY 14221. Hors D’Oeuvres will be passed out during the evening in the restaurant as well as the hotel lobby. The event will have a cash bar and a menu sampling will be available for one hour in the restaurant’s private dining room.
MTK Prime is Williamsville’s newest steakhouse and can be found in the Wyndham Garden hotel, which also houses the Residences at the Mosey luxury apartments. MTK Prime is a sister company to the newly opened Midtown Kitchen/MTK (451 Elmwood Avenue, Buffalo, NY 14222) by MTK Group (Bill Paladino, Samantha Soltis, Charlie Barone and Tommy Cowan) and Donald Breitkrus, who will be joining the MTK Prime team as an owner and manager of the restaurant. The menu at MTK Prime was inspired by the modern NYC steakhouse and features prime cuts of meat and fresh seafood. The bar will host vibrant happy hours ideal for all of Wyndham Garden’s corporate clientele. While it will specialize in bourbons, the drink list will have something to satisfy everyone.
The restaurant itself has undergone extensive renovations to ensure guests a unique and luxurious steakhouse experience. The bar has been transformed and now features LED lighting, similar to the original MTK. A newly installed entryway with bifold doors welcome guests into the restaurant. The space is large enough to accommodate groups from 10 to 100 people. With full, state of the art AV systems in each room, MTK Prime will be the perfect location for corporate meetings and seminars, as well as showers, rehearsal dinners, happy hour parties and more.
Even before its opening, MTK Prime competed in the Taste of Williamsville and offered menu items such as grilled tenderloin sliders, lobster bisque, and summer beet salad, and was awarded the Silver Spoon Chairman’s Choice Award.
Located in the Wyndham Garden Buffalo/Williamsville, MTK Prime will be open for breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner, providing in-room service to guests of the hotel.
