Located in Niagara Falls, NY, The Giacomo (formerly known as the United Building) was built in 1929 and designed by the renowned architectural firm of Eiswin and Johnson, will soon offer 24 upscale apartments, with a New York City Loft feeling.  

This historic building is an outstanding example of an early 20th century skyscrapers.  The building was home to the United Hotel Company, from which it derived it's name.  Within this multicolored brick and Mayan revival terra cotta ornamentation, the building embodies the characteristics of the Art Deco style that was prevalent in the early 20th century.
