• Build to Suit:  We offer our full line of development services, from site acquisition to coordinating design and construction, for any organization interested in having their own building, whether to own or lease.
  
• Retail Plaza Management: Our reputation for combating urban blight is not limited to the downtown core retail plazas at Bailey & Kensington, and Abbott & McKinley. They provide a catalyst for economic activity in depressed commercial corridors.
   
• Office Suite Build-out: Our in-house construction crew is able to furnish Class A office space in any of our office buildings, accommodating office expansions and relocations for growing businesses as well as newly developed space in previously vacant structures.
  
• Free-standing Retail Construction:  Our services apply to retailers as well. We supervise the entire development project, whether a turnkey or fee deal, by working directly with the retailer’s corporate real estate team. We have built successful stores for Advanced Auto, Family Dollar, Hollywood Video, Rite Aid, and more throughout upstate NY and western PA.
  

• Apartment Renovation: In the residential marketplace, we continue to successfully rehabilitate Downtown Buffalo's dormant architectural gems to offer moderate and high-end city living at market rates. Our renovation at 514 Main Street in Downtown Buffalo transformed the former L.L.Berger building, renamed The Belesario, into distinctive luxury apartments.

• New Build Housing: Occasionally, we acquire property that allows us an opportunity to build new housing within a mature, densely populated residential neighborhood. We work with general contractors on these projects to build various types of multi-family residence complexes, from luxury condominiums to waterfront townhouses.

• Hotel Construction & Management: We entered the hospitality industry in 2001, opening our first Hampton Inn in West Seneca NY; a strategic location off the I-90/Rt. 219 Interchange. Our next successful venture landed a Hampton Inn in the historic village of Williamsville NY. Most recently, we completed a renovation of the Days Inn hotel across from the Buffalo-Niagara International Airport.
