Convenience Stores

In 1996, Ellicott Development Company completed its first rehabilitation of a long dormant gas station in the vibrant and historic Allentown District of Buffalo, now known as Allentown Trading Company.

The Allentown Trading Company, a 2,500 square foot stone building, was retored and improved to include a grocery store with full service N.Y. Style Deli and self-serve gas station.

Since then, Ellicott Development Company acquired two additional convenience stores with self serve gas stations in the Western New York Area – Downtown Trading Company, in the core of Downtown Buffalo, and Southtowns Trading Company in West Seneca.
