Rules Governing Monthly Parking Privileges
1) Monthly parking fees are payable on the first of the month. A service charge of $35.00 will be added to your account for any checks returned to us for insufficient funds. Repeat occurrences will result in loss of monthly parking privileges.
2) Refund, whole or partial, will not be made at any time.
3) The monthly parking permit entitles you to park only one vehicle in the parking facility at a time. The monthly permit must be displayed on the dashboard or from the rearview mirror each time that you enter and exit the parking facility. Any transfer of passcard and/or tags is prohibited and will result in loss of monthly parking privileges.
4) You must observe all posted rules, regulations, and signs of the facility and directions of the Managing Agent. Violations of these and other terms and conditions explained herein my result in the forfeiture of privileges, at the discretion of Managing Agent.
5) The agreement is a personal license to the holder of the permit and/or tag to enable that person to park a vehicle at this facility at the holder’s sole risk. Only a license is granted hereby, and no bailment is created with respect to any vehicle, including its contents, on the premises of the facility.
6) The monthly permit is valid only for daily business hours (7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m). The permit does not grant permit holder access to parking facility for any Event parking (weekends, post-business hours). Parker will be subject to Manager’s event-parking rate.
7) WARNING: Vehicles should be locked and the contents thereof, especially cell phone, radar detectors, etc., secured in the trunk or other out of sight storage area of the vehicle. The City of Buffalo Owner and/or Managing Agent are not responsible for any loss of damage by fire, theft, collision, or any other cause to any vehicle or part hereof, or the contents of any vehicle.
