Our firm is also responsible for developing over 1,000,000 square feet of retail space through New York State and Western Pennsylvania. We have had extensive experience with new construction for Rite Aid Corporation, Payless Shoe Source and Family Dollar. Our other major clients include Pep Boys, M&T Bank, Rent-A-Center Inc., Taco Bell Corporation, and other local and regional retail tenants. We own, manage and lease over 700,000 square feet of retail space.
