William Paladino, Senior VP of Development

Bill graduated with a Business Administration Degree in Finance from the University of St. Bonaventure in 1993. He has been involved with the family business since he was 17 years old starting part time in construction and maintenance while still in school. He has been full time since graduation and has 15 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, commercial development and leasing, and construction management. Bill is focused in the acquisition, planning, coordination, and development of our new office, retail and hospitality properties. He is responsible for overseeing all new development. Bill specializes in retail acquisitions.
