Kirk Fitscher, Vice President of Construction

Kirk has 25 years of experience in general contracting, construction management and development of projects throughout the northeastern United States. Having worked through the ranks in all areas of the trade, he has had tremendous experiences with large cast-in-place concrete structures, hospitality, hospital, retail and casino projects involving fast track scheduling.

As a graduate of the civil engineering program at the Rochester Institute of Technology, his formal education was invaluable in advancing his career. His experiences with Top 400 ranked contractors earned him the honor of receiving the Build New York Award twice from the General Building Contractor’s Association. This prestigious award is given to managers who contribute extemporary work on prestigious projects. 

As Vice-President of Construction at Ellicott Development, Kirk is responsible for all new construction.
