Joseph Paladino, Senior VP of Leasing

Joe Paladino, Senior Vice President, Leasing (specializing in commercial office) oversees marketing and leasing functions and directly supervises 10 leasing agents.  He is responsible for leasing over 2 million square feet of commercial/ residential real estate.  His tenure spans over 30 years.  In 1981 he earned his degree in BBA, Management from St. Bonaventure University and in 1986 a MBA, Finance from Canisus College.

Joe’s greatest mentors throughout his life have been his father Belesario and older brother Carl.  As an owner and trustee of the Paladino Family of Companies, Joe works together with his leasing and management staff and intends to continue to play a key role in the decision-making and growth of EDC.

Joe has been on the boards of: Buffalo Place, Buffalo Water Finance Authority, Workforce Development, the Broadway Market, and has been a NYS Licensed RE Broker for over 30 years.  

Joe resides in Elma, New York with his two children Anthony and Morgan.
